Marion's birdhouse challenge

This was for a challege from Marion at http://www.apieceofcraft.com/, I think when I do the other ones, I'm going to use double sided paper not only so you can see through the opening of the birdhouse, but it's a heavier weight paper. The bird and branch is a punch from Stampin. On the bottom I've added chunk snow, added pearl ribbon to the front, back, and for the hanger. I do think I like the look of the liquid applique.It gives the look and feel of a snow hill. THis is a really fun, cute little project and quick to do in making a few extra Christmas gift.

Welcome baby Alexis

This is my new (and first) grand baby! Alexis Joanne was born 4:19pm on Wednesday, December the 15th, 2010. She weighed 9 lbs 3.8 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Hi everyone. Well, here I CLEAN again! I've got an extra complete set of 48 Stampin Up ink colors (going gray not included) including Basic Black AND a nice color caddy to store them all in. These ink pads are used but are still in great shape. Most, but not all, have the color in the lid, which you can do for watercoloring. The retail value is between $279.75 and $297.55 (depending if you buy the inks seperately or as a set), plus tax and shipping. I'm not charging tax, so you're getting an even bigger deal!!
